About Us

Faith United Church of Christ is a spirited, Spirit-filled Family of Faith!  This is symbolized by the sculpture in front of our Fellowship Hall, “Spirit Flight.” Built by one of our members, Gillian Christy, it was installed in the summer of 2002.

This stainless steel sculpture expresses the movement of the Holy Spirit form the Faith community out into the world!

Faith UCC shall express love of God, neighbor, and self by:

1. serving the spiritual needs of all within the church community through Christian worship, fellowship, and education.
2. encouraging the sharing of time, talents, and treasurers in support of the local and world mission projects.
3. providing opportunity for Christian involvement.
4. encouraging membership commitment and active involvement within the congregation.
5. working for greater understanding between churches though ecumenical involvement.
6. assisting and comforting those with personal or emotional trials.
7. recognizing and providing for special events withing the life of the congregation.
8. promoting intergenerational understanding.
9. inviting and welcoming others to engage in the journey of faith.
